The Osteria (restaurant) has a brand new large kitchen where our chef, Jarrod, prepares rich and creative dishes taking inspiration from the traditional recipes and only using local, and as much as possible, organic products.
You will find affordable, set-price lunch menus (double choice) all throughout the week. A wider choice is available during the evenings and on weekends. However, the majority of the time our pastas are handmade including: gnocchi, ravioli, tagliatelle, oricchiette (all of which are made with organic flour).
If you are looking for delicious antipesto, and courses made with unforgettable local meats and vegetables than La Pecora Nero is what you have been waiting for. Our lamb is from the Sombucano breed which has been bred in the Stura Valley for centuries. each of which has a light and delicate taste. We guarantee that you have never tasted lamb quite like this before. We also serve our region's famous mountain potatoes.
All of our desserts are made by hand in our own kitchen. Our selection may be limited, however, we promise that they will be worth your while. We do not support frozen or packaged products, therefore we can be more selective in what we offer.
Last but definitely not least, we have carefully chosen wine from our region. Yes, this was a difficult task, but someone had to do it! We have spent countless days sampling wine from Piedmonte. The ones that we present to you are, in our opinion, shining examples of our practices and beliefs. We hope that you enjoy them as much as we have.
